The Teacher for the Visually Impaired provides students withappropriate learning experiences and activities designed to help them insocial, intellectual, and emotional growth. The Teacher for the Visually Impaired organizes and implements aninstructional program for visually impaired students. Enables students to develop competencies and skills tofunction in a successful and positive manner.
