The Teacher of Carpentry develops lesson plans and prepares for the daily instruction program. Evaluates student progress and provides progress reports as required. Strives to maintain professional competence. Identifies pupil needs in cooperation with other professional staff members and assists in assessing and helping pupils with school related problems. Enforces school rules, administrative regulations and policies. Maintains communication with parents, administrators, and other professional staff members in order to best serve the interests of students. Maintains a safe and orderly work area. Performs other duties within the scope of employment and certification as assigned by the principal and/or his/her designee.
