Responsibilities: Implementation, instruction and practical elaboration on LMS training material for both Full-time and Freelance teachersOnboarding trainees in the training processScheduling and hosting training and support sessions for new and experienced teachersUpdate training materials and training flows as per business needsLiaise with local and global teams to tailor training in line with international standardsEquipping teachers with practical tools for teaching various elements of the English languageCompleting training as requiredAssessing whether full-time and freelance teachers grasp various concepts covered in trainingProvide constructive feedback to teachers on their training progress as well as conducting remedial support sessions to assist in preparing teachers for delivering teaching services. Create and update teaching resources i.e. infographics, videos, handbooks etc.Provide online support to teachers facing various technical challengesConduct mentorship sessions to support the progress of new teachersLiaise with teachers & staff on matters relating to trainingTrack and record teacher progress on Talent LMS as well as internal recordsTeach online classes as per centre quality guidelines and expectations Reports to: Academic ManagerContract Type: Permanent Position, subject to 3-month probation Working hours: Monday to Friday, 21h00 - 06h00 SASTLocation: Office-based, EF Johannesburg, The Oval office, CNR Meadowbrook Lane and Sloane Street, Bryanston, Johannesburg, 2191.
