Provides exceptional customer experience working with various Production teamsFollows HUB Service GuidelinesProcesses all documentation according to HUB workflowsFormally corresponds with customers and insurersManages account reconciliation working with Accounting teamMaintains accuracy of electronic filesReviews and ensures accuracy of policy documentation from insurersAbeyances and follow-up for outstanding information & documentationReviews and prioritizes all assigned tasks on a daily basis including mail, emails, abeyances/activitiesProvides back-up support for other departments and Reception on an as-needed basisContinues professional development in order to enhance skills and abilitiesWhere This Can Take You
