Requirements
+ Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Intermediate MS Office knowledge, with focus on Excel and Word
+ You enjoy working in a fast paced, client-focused environment
**A Day in the Life**
+ Provides exceptional customer experience working with various Production teams
+ Follows HUB Service Guidelines
+ Processes all documentation according to HUB workflows
+ Formally corresponds with customers and insurers
+ Manages account reconciliation working with Accounting team
+ Maintains accuracy of electronic files
+ Reviews and ensures accuracy of policy documentation from insurers
+ Abeyances and follow-up for outstanding information & documentation
+ Reviews and prioritizes all assigned tasks on a daily basis including mail, emails, abeyances/activities
+ Provides back-up support for other departments and Reception on an as-needed basis
+ Continues professional development in order to enhance skills and abilities
