Current Opportunity

 

Senex is seeking a highly skilled and diverse Administrator to support our Operations Team and provide tailored assistance across the areas. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our team and operations.

 

Key accountabilities will include:

 

Coordinating and formatting weekly and monthly reports, along with other ad-hoc reporting Preparing and distributing Purchase Orders Processing invoices to ensure prompt payments to suppliers Performing basic office tasks such as data entry and general office administration Arranging travel, including flights, vehicles, and accommodation Organising and attending internal team meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on actions by tracking and reporting status Assisting with the preparation of expense claims and credit card expense claim forms Supporting projects, such as updating procedures or other continuous improvement activities Providing support to other functional teams as required to ensure successful outcomes for Senex.

 

About You

 

To be successful in the position, the following experience and skills will be required:

 

Demonstrated 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role Certificate III in Business Administration preferred Competent in the use of SharePoint Document Control System Advanced MS Office skills Experience with SAP A team player with exceptional communication skills Extremely organised, with strong attention to detail Ability to problem-solve, take initiative, and make decisions Flexibility in operating within developing structures and comfort with frequently changing priorities Embodies Senex’s values and culture, and actively seeks to promote positive cultural change where required.
