Start your new career as a Part-Time Team Administrator with MAU at our client in Olathe, KS. As a Part-Time Team Administrator, you will provide clerical, analytical, and administrative support to supply chain leaders, reporting directly to the Distribution Center General Manager in Olathe, KS.
What We Offer Pay of $25 - $30 per hour First Shift Part-time schedule of 20 or 25 hours per week Health benefits, including telehealth medical services Opportunity for advancement Referral program What We’re Looking For Associate's degree required Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant role Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively Strong communication skills, adept at interacting with organizational leaders, suppliers, Restaurant Operators, and business partners Quick and adaptable learner, open to change, with a proven ability to analyze successes and failures for continuous improvement Resourceful problem-solver who thrives on tackling unfamiliar tasks and quickly understanding complex concepts and structures What You’ll Do as a Part-Time Team Administrator Coordinate and manage calendars for local and regional Distribution Center leaders, scheduling meetings and events as needed Arrange travel for leaders and team members participating in training or supporting other distribution centers Oversee daily office operations, including shipping and courier services, maintaining uniform and personal protective equipment inventory, and managing catering vendors Process invoices and purchase orders and prepare memos and reports Support staff engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace environment Perform additional duties as assigned by management
