Current Opportunity

 

Senex Energy is seeking a highly skilled and diverse Team Administrator to support our People & Culture Team and provide tailored personal assistance to the Executive General Manager (EGM). This role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our team and operations.

 

Key accountabilities will include:

 

EGM People & Culture:

 

Email and diary management Organize and attend internal team meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items Assist with expense claims and credit card expense forms Coordinate weekly and monthly reports and other ad-hoc reporting Prepare and develop documents for various audiences, including EXCO, Invest Co, Procurement Board, and external parties Perform other duties as assigned by the EGM People & Culture.

 

People & Culture Team (Human Resources, Organisational Development & Training):

 

Prepare and issue Purchase Orders for vendors/suppliers Reconcile Purchase Orders and ensure prompt payment of invoices Provide administrative support to People & Culture projects Book travel, accommodation, hire vehicles, and arrange catering as required Assist with onboarding new hires (permanent employees and contractors) Coordinate Senex Values Awards and On-The-Spot program Procure and prepare new-starter packs Coordinate booking and setup of facilities/rooms for training.

 

About You

 

To be successful in the position, the following experience and skills will be required:

 

Demonstrated experience providing support to executives Certificate III in Administration, relevant qualification, or equivalent experience Competent in the use of SharePoint Document Control System Advanced MS Office skills Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills A team player with exceptional organisational skills.
