What Matters Most: Competitive pay ranging from $14.00–$18.00 BOE Temp to Perm opportunity with potential for career growth and stability. On-site position located in Newnan, Ga Schedule: Monday-Friday (10/hr shifts) Medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401K plan Job Description:As a Team Assembler, you will perform a range of repetitive assembly operations at assigned workstations using hand and power tools to assemble various products and sub-assemblies. Move the completed assembly to designated areas. Move stock to and from workstations, stock racks, and holding areas. May be required to rack and unrack parts and finished goods. Team Assemblers may be required to work at any workstation on the assembly line.Responsibilities:Follow instructions and procedures to assemble various parts and components in the prescribed sequence and location.Remove the laminated product from the conveyor and set it up on the assembly table. Assist other team members in their duties to ensure a quality product and smooth flow.Ensure that the work area and equipment are maintained in a clean, orderly, and safe condition.Working in tandem with another Team Assembler, obtain materials to be assembled from designated area.Align parts to be assembled.Hand “pinch” edges of glued component areas as needed to ensure proper adhesion.Move assembled product to the conveyor, to be transported to the next workstation.Move empty pallets to designated areas as needed.Follow instructions and procedures to assemble various parts and components in the prescribed sequence and location.Visually check and inspect work to ensure proper quality.Responsible for both quality and quantity of work.Assist other team members in their duties to ensure a quality product and smooth flow.Ensure that the work area and equipment are maintained in a clean, orderly, and safe condition.Follow prescribed safety regulations.Material Handling Station Working in tandem with another Team Assembler, obtain materials to be assembled from designated areas. Remove the laminated product from the conveyor and set it up on the assembly table. Align parts to be assembled. Hand “pinch” edges of glued component areas as needed to ensure proper adhesion. Move assembled product to the conveyor, to be transported to the next workstation. Move empty pallets to designated areas as needed.Off Load Station Set up pallets and cardboard at the end of the conveyor.Working in tandem with another Team Assembler, obtain the finished product from the conveyor and place it on a pallet. Inspect the product for poor glue bonding or any other quality issues.  Move the full pallet of the finished product to the cure area using a hand pallet jack Rail Station Obtain bed bases from the compression machine and place them on cardboard on top of the assembly table.Assemble the product, ensuring a tight glue bond at all connecting surfaces.Move the completed product to the conveyor, to be transported to the next workstation. Laminator Cleaning Working with the other Team Assemblers, follow work instructions to complete proper cleaning of the lamination equipment. Wear the required PPE (gloves) when cleaning the equipment.Qualifications and RequirementsHigh School diploma or GED equivalent required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Visually check and inspect work to ensure proper quality.
