Our client, an executive search firm, is seeking a Team Assistant for their NYC office. The hours are 8:30am-6pm on Monday - Thursday and 8:30am-5pm on Friday. They operate on a hybrid 4/1 schedule in office Monday though Thursday and Friday remote!

Responsibilities:

Manage a busy Outlook calendar for the managing partnerHandle client and candidate meetings with email confirmations, sending reminders, reserving tables, liaising with secretaries, and diarizing meetingsBook flights and hotels on behalf of executivesFormat resumes, finalize client documents and compile and produce global documentsCreate weekly progress reports and update client/candidate meetingsSearch for candidates online (Linked-in, Bloomberg, Google, etc.) and create organizational charts within the CRMLiaise with building management, plan team outings and perform ad hoc duties as needed

Qualifications:

2+ years of client facing experience, ideally out of a search firmMust have proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interest in Executive Search and eagerness to learn!
