Our client, a venture capital firm, is seeking a Team Coordinator in their NYC office. The hours are 8:30am-6pm and this role is in the office five days a week.

Responsibilities:

Manage complex, high-volume calendars for a teamSchedule meetings and assist with materials/logisticsHandle conference room set ups and schedulingBook international and domestic travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and car servicesProcess and submit expensesServe as back up for reception

Qualifications:

Degree highly preferred2-4+ years of experience, preferably out of professional or financial servicesExperience with Google Suite and Slack is requiredTech savvy individual with a "no task too big or too small mentality"Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment

Compensation/Benefits:
