Answer incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of calls, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel. med profiles and mailings First calls to patients Assist with copying and faxing things for clinicians SOC folders / Carelink folders Laminating items for teaching Discharge cards to patients NTUC calls 24 admission calls with scripting Assist with referral entering/ Forcura Teach how to utilize HCHB schedule to assist with scheduling Assist scheduling changes with phone calls from cliniciansQualifications
High school graduate or equivalent.6 Months medical office experienceTwo years customer service experience required.Pleasant telephone voice and manner.Basic computer knowledge and skills
