Amazon Global Selling is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Account Management Team Lead to join the central PMO team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn from customers, has a track record of success at driving results by developing and growing his team members, partners cross functionally, and has best-in-class oral and written communication skills. As a Manager he not only helps develop his team but is not afraid to roll up his sleeves to drive impact in collaboration with his team.
As Team Lead Account Management, you will identify & address customer pain-points leading a team of Seller Success AMs and working with a cross-functional team (both internal & external) to create/execute/optimize SOPs and to support the new product/solution launches. You will be able to build accurate forecasting, metrics, and reports to ensure results.

Key job responsibilities
1. Manage a team of Account Management experts to improve business metrics whilst driving learning at scale.
2. Partner with program/product leaders to develop strategy and set goals to drive product Seller adoption.
3. Work cross functionally with stakeholders to manage business operations process, including pipeline/leads management, performance management, and reporting.
4. Utilize Excel, SQL, Quick Sight and etc. to manage data to determine target Sellers for new product adoption. Conduct forecasting by recognizing past data & trends.
5. Dig into data to reveal new opportunities, or uncover driver of a challenge
