Line 6 filling is recruiting for a Team Leader to work Saturday & Sundays, 6am-4pm. We are looking for candidates that are experienced in manufacturing and able to motivate a team.

We do also offer a weekly shift allowance of £48.65.

Duties and Responsibilities

Recording of labor hours accurately and escalate issues when requiredResponsible for the teams performanceResponsible for recording of hourly performance and act when needed, gather data to enable process/ reliability improvements, follow the escalation process when requiredOrganize the teams daily work routine, ensuring focus on safety & qualityDocument preparation, Batch document review, batch doc errors.Booking of materials to the line, maintain stock accuracyProvide process guidance, raise process deviation as applicableManage rejection process, out of spec etc.Training execution and documentationEnsure all areas of responsibility are GMP compliant, housekeeping standards are always

Experience and skills required:
