Equitable is looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to support Sales Optimization for Group Retirement. The Team Lead will own the digital implementation across all sales enablement technology and digital solutions. They will oversee strategies to amplifying our sales productivity and efficacy by equipping sales teams with leading-edge tools and real-time data. Strategically develop and execute optimal selling experience for distribution teams, including digital tools and resources. They will work closely with the CX, Product and IT partners to implement digital solutions to help enhance advisor and client experiences to drive business outcomes. This position will work in-office and remote out of our Charlotte, NC or Syracuse, NY locations. **Key Job Responsibilities** + Co-creation of Squad vision and goals with the Squad, defining the Squad Mission and Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) + Setting a clear Roadmap to crafting and executing on the digital strategy and communicate ‘the story’ to key stakeholders (e.g., customers, third parties) and the Squad + Lead and manage digital implementation projects from initiation to completion. + Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. + Ensure project objectives are met and deliverables are completed on time. + Supervise and mentor a team of digital implementation specialists. + Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and address any issues. + Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. + Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations. + Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management. + Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users. + Provide technical guidance and support to the team during the implementation process. + Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in digital implementation. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise. + Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency. + Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital solutions. + Contribute to the development and refinement of implementation methodologies. + Acting as the voice of the customer (e.g., partner, advisor), creating a culture of customer obsession and encouraging continuous feedback loops from customers and stakeholders (e.g., through frequent customer demos) to ensure digital platform is truly tailored to customer needs + Playing an active role in leading agile Ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives + Responsible for all sales enablement technology and systems to support Distribution + Identify and implement third-party tools digital solutions + Change management for new processes & tools + Own and optimize sales and client digital experience **Mindset and Behaviors** + Passion to challenge the status quo and find new solutions and drive out of the box ideas – loves and embraces change + Belief in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust + Readiness to “roll up the sleeves” and to go outside comfort zone to learn, ability to push teams to do the same + Readiness to empower others to fail, learn, and grow + Experimental mindset to drive innovation The base salary range for this position is $87,000 - $130,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities.
