What is the key purpose of a Team Lead, People Ops Shared Service Centre?
As a Team Lead in our People Ops Shared Service Centre, you will lead a team of People Ops Administrators in providing seamless HR support across multiple global locations. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the team’s day-to-day operations, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring HR processes are executed efficiently and accurately. For this role, it is essential that you have:
Proven leadership experience in HR operations or a related field, with prior team management responsibilities. Expertise in HR systems like SuccessFactors, ADP, or similar platforms. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. As the Team Lead, People Operations Shared Service Centre, you will:
Supervise and guide a team of People Operations Administrators to ensure high-quality HR service delivery across multiple locations. Act as the primary escalation point for complex employee queries and process-related issues, ensuring timely resolutions. Develop your team’s capabilities by providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to drive excellence. Monitor team workload and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines and maintain service quality. Ensure compliance with HR processes and policies, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.
