Team Lead, Record to Report

We at Kalmar are seeking a talentedTeam Lead, Record to Reportto lead a team of up to 15 members and manage service delivery according to customers' needs and expectations.
The position requires working from the office for the first 6 months.
Main tasks and responsibilities
+ Lead and develop a team of 10-15 members (depending on the area); represent the team's interests in management forums.
+ Manage team resources based on skills, workload, and availability.
+ Manage team performance, meet process SLAs and KPIs, and manage customer expectations.
+ Build positive working relationships with Business Analysts.
+ Identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement improvement programs when necessary.
+ Support continuous improvement projects.
+ Address and resolve employee inquiries from first-line specialists when specific, in-depth functional knowledge is required and escalate as needed.
+ Provide improvement ideas for RTR processes to the Solution and Process Owners.
+ Build positive working relationships with local BA customers and end-users.
+ Drive a customer-centric culture and service delivery.
+ Provide timely and accurate reporting according to the agreed reporting schedule.
+ Act as the first escalation point for process-related issues.
+ Maintain a constant focus on customer satisfaction.
+ Contribute to building up the RTR area within in close cooperation with the project team.
+ Participate in transition activities when applicable:
+ Support the functional workstream.
+ Support the transition of processes, including knowledge transfer and work shadowing.
What you’ll need to succeed
+ Minimum: Master’s degree in finance or business.
+ Over 5 years of experience, including 1-2 years in a supervisory role in RTR (preferably from a Shared Services/BPO environment).
+ Strong experience in operations within the RTR area.
+ Experience with handling simple to complex queries.
+ Good understanding of internal controls and risk management.
+ Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
+ Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
+ Knowledge of RPA and ERP/Cloud solutions is preferred.
+ Full professional proficiency in written and oral English is required.
+ International mindset.
