The Servicing Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the team that executes all of the investor accounting/reporting duties and ensures our Sub-Servicers are adhering to all investor and regulatory guidelines, responding to internal and external audits, boarding new loan products effectively, completing MRS transfers in a compliant and timely manner and ensuring the onboarding and monthly reporting to all new investors are performed accurately. This position will also oversee the HELOC, New Construction and Escrow Holdback servicing duties.  They must have proven success with leading a team, remediating issues, and be extremely organized.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

 

Heavily focused on managing Internal all Investor Reporting, Accounting and ReconciliationsManaging various escalated items that come through from other teams and Executives.Overseeing and completing all remediation issues from audits and exams timelyWorking with our Sub-Servicers to ensure accurate onboarding of new investors and new products.Overseeing all MSR transfers to ensure timeliness and proper movement of funds.Training team members on new products, investors and sub-servicing processesPartnering with the other Servicing team leads on process improvements and collaboration projects.Working with our Finance team very closelyOverseeing the servicing responsibilities as it pertains to new products such as HELOC and New Construction Loans WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

 

Must Have Qualifications: 

2 years previous experience in Mortgage ServicingProven ability to effectively lead and coach a team.Strong client service skillsExcellent Analytical & reporting skillsHighly skilled problem solverAbility to interpret regulations easily.Proficient in MS Office; Word, Excel and OutlookAbility to multi-task in fast-paced environmentOrganizational skills with a high sense of urgency are a must.
