As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for executing inbound and outbound operations, ensuring adherence to customer-facing metrics, cost targets, and maintaining high standards of safety and team morale. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage end-to-end operations for designated cities, focusing on inbound and outbound logistics. - Achieve metrics while controlling costs and prioritizing safety and team morale. - Drive performance management, including suggesting training and development needs. - Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and achieve sustained performance improvements. - Conduct daily connects with the team **Qualifications:** - Self-motivated individual with strong leadership and motivational skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in Amazon systems or similar operational platforms. - 1 year of experience in process management and team leadership roles.
