Description Team Lead for the Sort Center Pick Up Team leads our Sort Centers operations to success. We're looking for a passionate individual to champion our day to day operations. As the Team Lead, Sort Center, Pick Up Team, you will oversee shift operations, drive performance management, and execute operational plans. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for executing inbound and outbound operations, ensuring adherence to customer-facing metrics, cost targets, and maintaining high standards of safety and team morale. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage end-to-end operations for designated cities, focusing on inbound and outbound logistics. - Achieve metrics while controlling costs and prioritizing safety and team morale. - Drive performance management, including suggesting training and development needs. - Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and achieve sustained performance improvements. - Conduct daily connects with the team **Qualifications:** - Self-motivated individual with strong leadership and motivational skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in Amazon systems or similar operational platforms. - 1 year of experience in process management and team leadership roles. A day in the life 1. Oversee and optimize daily ground operations, developing strategic plans to enhance efficiency and productivity. 2. Monitor, analyze, and drive tasks to consistently meet or exceed goals. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results 4.
