We are seeking Team Lead to oversee daily operations at either a large site or multiple small sites within our delivery network. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for executing inbound and outbound operations, ensuring adherence to customer-facing metrics, cost targets, and maintaining high standards of safety and team morale.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage end-to-end operations for designated cities, focusing on inbound and outbound logistics.
- Achieve metrics while controlling costs and prioritizing safety and team morale.
- Drive performance management, including suggesting training and development needs.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and achieve sustained performance improvements.
- Conduct daily connects with the team
**Qualifications:**
- Self-motivated individual with strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Amazon systems or similar operational platforms.
- 1 year of experience in process management and team leadership roles.
