Description We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Lead in Los Indios TX! 

 

Schedule: Multiple Shift options available

Pay: $13.50/hr Paid Weekly! 

 

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates. Ensure efficient and accurate handling of inventory. Coordinate daily activities and workflow within the warehouse. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Train and mentor team members to achieve performance goals. Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Team Lead in a warehouse setting. Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred). Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High school diploma or equivalent preferred
