Our teams of technical experts specialize in harnessing live sporting data, using advanced cloud technologies, Java, JavaScript and Python. It is these tech teams that enable us to extract patterns through AI and Machine Learning and deliver our insights via APIs. In short, they turn complex data into magical experiences with cutting-edge technology.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as it relates to volume, efficiencies, productivity, and quality.  Responsible for maintaining, manage, and update dataset within the target date.  Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.  Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.  Establish a strong relationship with Team Managers and management and acquire timely reports.  Maintain a status on all projects and proactively communicate with management.  Need to have and experience in Team Handling and Problem-solving Skill  Strong multitasker, Reliable and accurate thinker  Working and coordinating with the different teams globally and locally to fix data discrepancies.  Ensure that all issues are resolved in accordance with internal or external SLA’s.  Have the discipline to work as part of a team, to tight deadlines, in a high-pressure environment.  Gaining additional vertical knowledge as a part of personal development and aligning with the Perform from anywhere concept.  Email communication regarding day-to-day tasks / responsibility handover.  Working closely with the executives to make sure that they achieve their objectives and move in the right direction towards their Career Development Goal. 

 Required Skills: 

knowledge on MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)  MS Excel - Strong knowledge in Lookup & Reference, Time & Date, Text, and logical functions.  MS Power point – should be good at producing creative and manual visualisation  MS Power Business Intelligence – should be a quick learner to learn and explore.  Strong ability to analyse raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.  Analytical and logical experience required.  Good command over written and verbal English language.
