What your day-to-day will look like:  

Lead and oversee the execution of strategic projects, ensuring the highest levels of quality and client satisfaction.  

Foster a culture of collaboration, both within the local team and across the global organization, enabling cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.  

Drive innovative ways of working, constantly seeking new approaches and technologies to enhance project management processes and outcomes.  

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, working closely with clients to understand their objectives and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.  

Champion the career development of your team, providing mentorship, guidance, and growth opportunities to support their professional advancement.

Required Qualifications:  

Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management).  

Proven experience in a senior leadership role, directing and managing intricate projects within the commercial real estate industry.  

Strong track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.  

Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.  

Strategic mindset, with the ability to translate business goals into action plans.  

Outstanding client relationship management abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.  

Demonstrated knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and trends.  

This role requires a technically adept professional to lead projects. The ideal candidate will blend traditional project management skills with an understanding of technical infrastructure systems.

  

Preferred Qualifications:  

Master's degree in a related field.  

Professional certifications (such as PMP or LEED).  

Experience in a global or multi-office environment.  

Knowledge of emerging technologies and their application in project management.  

Proven ability to drive business development and generate new opportunities.  

semiconductor, life science, lab infrastructure, or heavy MEP infrastructure projects experience are preferred

Estimated total compensation for this position:

212,500.00 – 250,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
