ProLogistix is looking for a Lead in Spartanburg, SC! The Lead 5G Fulfillment Associate directly assists the Supervisor in day-to-day operations of functional area inside the center.

1st: 9:00am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday

Pay: $21.95

Job Duties:

Ability to train employees and identify and resolve issues, concerns, and operational problems. Support fulfillment staff results by: Communication job expectations Planning, monitoring, and reviewing job results Initiating, coordinating, and supporting systems, policies, and procedures Audit team member performance for quality, productivity, inventory accuracy, and alignment with standards. Maintain workflow by: Monitoring steps of the process and addressing process variables Observing control points and equipment Assist the supervisor with completing production plans, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, resolving problems, and reporting results of processing flow on shift production summaries. Complete root cause analysis to address process variations and determine corrective action. Support the production plan by filling in for missing personnel, accomplishing work results, driving established priorities, and monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, and reporting results of the processing flow to shift supervisor. Validate and provide input for revisions of procerus by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and implementing change.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent Associate degree preferred Two years of equivalent experience One year of previous experience using computer Warehouse Management System Experience with Manhattan Scale preferred Apply Now
