We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead to oversee operations on the 3rd shift. Our company specializes in injection molding for various industries including appliances, automotive, and electronics.

Work Environment
The work environment is a large warehouse that is very hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It is fast-paced due to high demands from our main customer, requiring the ability to operate efficiently. There are 20-30 operators on each shift. The dress code is laid back but requires appropriate attire including closed-toe shoes, jeans or work pants, and clean clothing. Shorts are permissible in the summer. The 3rd shift schedule is Sunday-Thursday from 11:00pm-7:00am with rotating weekends.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Branch, Iowa.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00
