Compensation: $27.60/hr
Shift Available: 3rd shift


Principal Accountabilities:

Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations50% of time performing the same work as persons supervisedManage and promote safety, food safety, quality processes, and housekeepingAssist in the onboarding of new employees and contractors and provide continuous training for existing employees through daily shift exchange meetings and safety trainingsSafely and efficiently operate equipment at site, including but not limited to bagging machines, shipping computers, and motorized vehiclesBe the point person for management initiatives, work orders, and communicationCoordinating the shifts. Other duties as assigned. 


Required Qualifications

Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employerCargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facilityMust have a valid Driver’s LicenseHigh School Diploma/GED or a minimum of two years relevant work experienceAbility to work overtime, weekends and holidays with advance noticeCommunication skills in English (both written and verbal)Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodationAbility to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)Must be able to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment PPEAdvanced computer skills


Preferred Qualifications

Experience operating and troubleshooting industrial equipment (ex., packaging machinery, etc.)Minimum 2 years of experience in production related work Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and in a positive mannerActively demonstrate Safety Leadership Front end loader experienceForklift Certified
