About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate Field Sales Team Lead to manage a team of Brand Ambassadors in Nashville. In this capacity you’ll be supporting the team on the ground that is going door to door meeting with our potential clients, introducing them to our fantastic products, and getting them onboarded. And just so you know, yes, we promote from within, so if you’re successful in this role there could even be future opportunities to grow your career with us!

Sales experience – you’ll provide ongoing coaching and support for your team: being able to pull from your own real-life experience will go along way toward your team’s successAbility to motivate a team of enthusiastic sales peopleA people focused mindsetA natural ability to connect with peopleCapacity to conduct ongoing training on an as needed basis in addition to creating training support tools

Do you have the keys to success?

Minimum 1-3 years experience in sales team leadershipInspirational and creative sales leader that possesses demonstrated experience driving aggressive resultsCustomer service-oriented with a passion for Teamwork, Collaboration, Adaptability and Initiative.Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to anticipate problems and opportunities, and develop effective solutions.Ability to work in a cross functional team at the divisional and corporate levelAbility to perform with minimal supervisionExcellent communication, interpersonal, written and analytical skillsProven time management skills in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to travel throughout assigned territoryFlexibility to work various schedules including days, evenings and weekendsAbility to stand / walk for extended periods of time in all weather conditionsMust hold a valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle

 

Compensation:

Wage + Commission, plus Bonuses
