JOB SUMMARY
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Textron Cybersecurity Operations, Administration and Maintenance team as a Team Lead at Textron India Private Limited location. We are looking for a talented candidate with proven leadership skills that can effectively manage Textron’s current environment. As a successful candidate you will be able to use your leadership skills and technical background to ensure effective efficient management and coordinating activities for all Textron enterprise cybersecurity operations, administration, and maintenance systems. You will lead a team of cyber analysts and external suppliers while coordinating with business leaders to develop and deliver solutions that provide the backbone for the Textron enterprise. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Collaborate with leaders in Infrastructure and Security across the Textron Enterprise to identify requirements and deliver best practices in cyber security
· Lead a high performing team with superior technical depth and outstanding customer relationship skills, ensuring talent development and hiring new talent
· Collaborate with IT and HR Management to establish strategies for identifying and recruiting top talent from universities, as well as developing talent rotation plans to enhance workforce capabilities
· Responsible for administrative and technical supervision of cyber security solutions and projects; providing on time task and project delivery
· Set up performance goals for team members, evaluate performance, provide coaching and facilitate professional development
· Ensure effective documentation is maintained for cyber security systems and schedules
· Maintain a technical road map for the future vision of cybersecurity operations, administration and maintenance
· Strong emphasis on service delivery and end user customer satisfaction
· Maintain all security solutions for the enterprise (patching, performance monitoring, troubleshooting)
· Engage with internal customers and vendors to ensure services are meeting demands
· Administer and operate security controls and measures to protect the organization's sensitive data, systems, and networks
· Prepare and test disaster recovery of critical enterprise security solutions
· Facilitate and provide reliable on-call support to address critical issues promptly
· Experienced in taking ownership of processes and tools, ensuring their effective implementation and continuous improvement

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
· Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
· 6 years of relevant experience in Cyber Security
· Strong leadership skills
· Ability to explain complicated technical initiatives to non-technical stakeholders
· Certifications related to Cyber Security / ITIL is a plus
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
· A high level of personal integrity with the ability to handle confidential matters.
· Demonstrated understanding of incident response processes, cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and network exploits.
· Working knowledge of security monitoring, security event and incident management systems, Internet content filtering/reporting, and malware prevention.
· Familiar with common server and authentication technologies.
· Practical experience with anti-virus, firewall, intrusion detection/prevention, web security technologies and server vulnerability management.
· Proficiency in project management methodologies like Agile and Scrum.
· Skilled in automating repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
· Experience in security orchestration or workflow automation tool.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Knowledge of Cybersecurity Risk Management
· Demonstrated effective communication skills (written and verbal).
· Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and partners.
· Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands and learn new skills on the job.
