Team Lead Linden, NJ, USA Req #726 Friday, February 14, 2025 FreshRealm is looking for RTH Team Lead that will receive produce & raw foods, assemble, ship, label, and/or package foods to customers using manual assembly and IT equipment. Follow all safety and health standards. **Key Responsibilities:** + Responsible for training of new hires and/or temporary Associates + Owns execution of SOPs and holds Associates accountable; escalates discrepancies to Supervisor when necessary + Owns the safety of the team, ensures that all Associates are in a safe working environment 100% of the time + By owning the team’s quality standards, ensure that we send out a quality product to our customers + Assist Supervisor with development of the team and assist with training of critical roles. + Motivate and challenge the team to achieve and exceed daily performance goals + Engage and show respect to associates on a daily basis.
