**Job Title: Team Lead** **Job Description** The Team Manager will enjoy the challenges of providing growth opportunities for the team based on their performance, attitude, and potential through mentoring and coaching. Our Team Managers have small high-performing teams that rely on them to ensure they have the necessary skills, resources, and tools to achieve goals in the areas of Safety, Quality, Yield, and Productivity. They need to be available via phone and have the option of receiving $200 or a day vacation to use in the future. **Work Environment** The position is in a manufacturing environment. Candidates with plastic extrusion experience are preferred. The candidate will work in a well-lit and temperature-controlled environment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Green Bay, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
