Your team responsibilities
The Team Lead (TL) is responsible for the overall performance and progression of the team, including the management of staff, processes, and technology in accordance with all Data Operations SLAs, policies and practices. The TL manages team production efforts by determining work allocations, setting productivity targets and balancing priorities. They ensure best practices are implemented across the team in order to improve process quality, production output and overall service delivery. The TL serves as the primary point of contact for all internal stakeholders and prioritizes the development of team members.

Your key responsibilities
Acquire in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge of dataset policies and procedures. Impact the level of production and the team’s ability to meet quality, volume and timeliness of objectives Develop and execute on a team-specific objectives Communicate service delivery/performance updates to internal stakeholders Develop practical strategies to enhance teamwork and deliver operational efficiencies Drive the recruitment process Assist with onboarding and training of new hires Coach, grow and develop team members Set effective individual goals and motivate team members to exceed expectationsYour skills and experience that will help you excel
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Postgraduate degree is a plus) Proven experience in team management Experience in developing and coaching a team Deep understanding of capital markets, data operations, and operating systems Demonstrable track record of successful project execution Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work cross-functionally Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsHow we’ll support you
