What You Will Be Doing: We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of creativity, conceptual skills, technical proficiency, and strategic thinking. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be expected to deliver outstanding design solutions across various mediums: digital, video/motion graphics, presentation decks and traditional print mediums. To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a passion for design, provide innovative thinking, demonstrate attention to detail, have a strong work ethic and a proven track record of success in top-tier design environments. In This Role, You Will: Responsibilities: Serves as one of the designers for assigned brand, marketing and communications projects across various media platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate content into visually engaging designs that meet thematic and project goals. Produce guides, renderings and other materials for project visualizations and presentations. Help guide the team in understanding brand standards and industry trends, with a focus on processes and tools. Ensure compliance with corporate style guides and enforce established brand guidelines. Participate in brainstorming sessions to create high-level creative themes and messaging in support of marketing goals. Provide design support for internal and external presentations for leadership. Here's What You Need: What You Should Have: Bachelor’s degree in fine arts/visual design/visual communication/graphic design, related creative certification or evaluated by relevant experience. 5+ years’ experience with a creative agency or in-house creative team A compelling portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects Great communication and collaborative skills Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite programs, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop and Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Ability to manage multiple projects at once and accurately set and meet deadlines Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Experience designing in a variety of mediums, including print and digital Team player with a sense of humor!
