Summary
Provides leadership, clinical expertise, and functional direction to team members to ensure patient service continuity. Serves as the expert resource and lead person to clinical staff within a ministry market. Works closely with the director/practice managers to plan, implement, and facilitate the work activity of the clinics to accomplish goals and objectives. Responsible for managing clinical competency verification, leading quality and education initiatives, and orienting new clinical support colleagues.
Qualifications
Education
Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing for licensure in the state of practice is required.
Bachelors Degree in nursing is preferred.
Experience
3 years of nursing experience is required.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice is required.
Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
Basic Life Support (BLS) using the Emergency Cardiopulmonary Care through Resuscitation Quality Improvement QI completed within 30 days of hire is required.
