On time delegation of EC field engineersRecruitment of site engineers    Training and development managementProductivity and time sheet management           Implementation of relevant delegation procedures, guidelines, and instructions      The role will report to the Head of EC        

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds:

Bachelor’s degree - Technical background (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or similar) Global Mobility experience and knowledge will be an advantage. High motivation to develop new ideas, fast learner, quick adaption to the environment and deep diving ability. Strong leadership and communication skills, result oriented with a team player mindset.     5 to 10 years of work experience in power generation and transmission projects as an advantage Previous experience of leading or supervising a team as an advantage International language like German will be an advantage.

This role is based at Site ( Gurgaon ). You’ll also get to visit other locations in India and beyond, so you’ll need to go where this journey takes you. In return, you’ll get the chance to work with teams impacting entire cities, countries – and the shape of things to come.
