What You'll Bring:
We’re looking for a Team Lead - Fraud Prevention and Detection to join our growing team.
Day to Day You’ll Be:
Analyse fraud events, patterns and behaviors to understand the root cause of the suspicious activity.Draw out strategic insights from the data to strengthen fraud prevent and detection controls, which will include authentication, verification and onboarding.Promote a fraud prevention and detection strategy working with internal teams and stakeholders to balance conversion rates with risk appetite. Manage the Fraud Prevention team in the optimising fraud controls by maximising resources.Undertake ad-hoc analysis to investigate specific fraud issues.Identify and develop reporting options that allows for progressive fraud MI and analytics.Manage the relationship with Cifas and external fraud associates, and to act as a fraud representative where required. Support the wider business function and be a fraud SME where required.
