Team Lead - HIV & Harm Reduction
Job Summary:Are you passionate about improving community health and supporting impactful programs? We are seeking a Team Lead for our HIV & Harm Reduction Services to coordinate daily program operations, provide guidance to staff, and ensure effective service delivery to program participants.

Job Description:About the Role

As the Team Lead – HIV & Harm Reduction Services, you will play a hands-on role in supporting the success of harm reduction and HIV prevention/intervention programs. You will work closely with staff, program participants, and community partners to ensure smooth operations, quality care, and accessibility of services.

Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Coordination: Assist in the design, implementation, and evaluation of harm reduction and HIV prevention/intervention programs to meet program goals and participant needs.Staff Support: Provide direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to team members to ensure consistent and effective service delivery.Clinic Operations: Oversee clinic operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation, to maintain quality care and participant satisfaction.Program Maintenance: Collaborate with the Program Director to identify system, equipment, and supply needs, ensuring proper inventory management and operational readiness.Community Liaison: Act as a connection between staff, community groups/agencies, and program participants to promote collaboration and enhance program visibility.Team Assistance: Step in to perform staff responsibilities as needed to maintain service levels and support special projects and business analysis when requested.

What We’re Looking ForExperience: Background in harm reduction, public health, or related services is strongly preferred. Prior experience supporting team operations is a plus.Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and external partners.Knowledge: Familiarity with harm reduction principles, HIV prevention/intervention strategies, and community health programs.
