We are looking for a Team Lead to supervise and direct a team of merchandisers at retail level, throughout our stores. Plant knowledge is helpful to this position. The right candidate will be skilled at multi-tasking, prioritizing and solving problems.

Recruit, interview, hire, and train Seasonal Merchandisers in your market. Oversees the daily workflow of the Market. Will be working in Walmart garden centers. Cover 5-10 stores within the territory. Help merchandisers set stores, interact with vendors, customers and store personnel. Merchandise live plants. Travel between stores.
