Team Lead Nutrition Services
Job Description​

The Opportunity:  

The Team Lead for Nutrition Services will follow direction of leadership. They are able to open or close operations and run shifts in the absence of leadership. They oversee the execution of day to day operations. Job assignment may include Diet Office leadership, production, cashier, or other key positions. You may assist with analytics data entry, patient diets, inventory management, and production waste. You will prepare schedules and ensures staffing levels meet demands. You will ensure timely service, product quality safety, and sanitation standards are met. You are involved with training and coaching staff, handling customer complaints, maintaining a positive attitude, and conducts interactions in a professional manner. You will delegate duties as needed, and enforces policies and procedures.

The Shifts:

Some 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM shiftMostly 12:00 PM to 9:00 PMEvery other weekend required
