Job Purpose (https://my.adp.com/#JobPurpose) **:** Leads a team of Tier II / III Engineers responsible for the administration and support of a subset of network or computing environments to include WLAN, LAN/WAN, network management, security and/or other technical platforms or domains. Provide network operations support with a large, complex enterprise LAN and WAN client in a predominantly Cisco-based networking environment. + Review scripting, planning and execution of network Change Management process + Investigate network issues / incidents and bring to resolution within stated SLA parameters + Working with Incident, Problem, and Change Management + Perform consulting work with various customers to determine requirements and design solutions based on documented standards and best practices + Design and order network hardware / develop a bill of materials based on documented standards and templates + Build detailed network drawings with Visio + Work and collaborate with an Agile team + Thorough understanding of BGP / EIRGP routing, NAT/PAT, VPN, and firewall technologies **Essential Functions:** + Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to meet assigned customer and project deliverables + Monitor and evaluate team processes and procedures + Interact directly with customers on deployments as well as a point of escalation for issues + Ensure team is properly trained on technology and systems to effectively design, implement and support network services + Participate in solutions and service offerings in general or with specific customers + Research emerging technologies Education: (https://my.adp.com/#Education) + Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Certifications, Accreditations, Licenses: (https://my.adp.com/#CertsLicenses) + Required Certifications or equivalent experience: CCNA / CCNP / Enterprise Route/Switch + Additional desirable certifications / equivalent experience: + Cisco Security Specialization + Palo Alto Certification + AVI + Cisco ACI Experience: (https://my.adp.com/#Experience) + 7-10 Years Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (https://my.adp.com/#SkillsandAbilities) + Clear communication skills + Time Management / Self-Management + Independent Work Skills + Presentation skills + Understanding / experience with Agile methodology + Some example platforms in the environment include F5 LTM/GTM, Cisco ASA / Palo Alto with virtual firewall contexts / vsys, Nexus 7K/5K/2K, Cisco ASR/ISR routers, and Cisco Catalyst switches + Familiarity with ITIL based ticketing solution (Service NOW experience a plus) + HSRP environment experience + In-depth knowledge of the configuration and maintenance of routers, switches, and firewalls Supervisory Responsibility: (https://my.adp.com/#Supervisory) + This position has one or more employee direct reports + High level team management capabilities and report to Manager-Tech Ops Work Environment: (https://my.adp.com/#WorkEnv) The work is primarily performed in an office or remote environment.
