This is a part time opportunity. This is a team lead position responsible for answering inquiries from all internal Supply Chain departments and RCG Shipboard personnel. Overseeing and providing direction to Supply Chain Warehouse operations for the receiving, shipping, and document requirements. . Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Responsible to ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries from the Fleet and Supply Chain departments i.e., resolving receiving discrepancies, unknown (quarantine) shipments, shipping/loading details, documentation issues, daily researching, and resolution of invoices in dispute. 2. Perform training and supervise outsourced team who oversee and handle daily customer service tasks. 3. Instructs and provides information to suppliers, warehouses, and internal Supply Chain departments regarding documentation, DOT requirements, state, and local requirements to ensure all regulations are adhered as well as provides data and coordination with the transportation department in handling steamship bookings, loadings, filing IMOs ensuring shipments are handled in a timely manner consistent with the MLS. 4. Performs assigned audit steps on the invoices in dispute (IIDs). 5. Directs the issuing and production of operational metric reports and service issues to Senior Management. 6. Manages the warehouse and suppliers’ non-conformances by addressing with the Procurement Buyers/Commodity managers. 7. Performs other duties as required. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• 3 - 5 years Supply Chain experience and or BS degree in Business Ad. or related field • Certified Completion of both Air and Sea Transport Regulations of Hazardous Materials. • Knowledge of warehouse scheduling and operations procedures. • Complete understanding of the Master Load Schedule. • Able to communicate to suppliers, warehouse personnel, SDS requirements and documentation correctness for the handling and shipping of Hazardous Materials. • Ability to navigate in several Microsoft Software Packages, particularly Word and Excel. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as an ongoing and emergency basis. • Communicate verbally and orally in English. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of employees and management. • Ability to write reports, business correspondences, and procedure manuals. • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, suppliers, and public. • Ability to perform basic mathematical applications for spreadsheet analysis. • Ability to work on various assignments simultaneously.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.84 - $31.25/hr.
