Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesIn our Analytical Chemistry business unit, we design and produce innovative measuring instru-ments that have an excellent image and footprint in the market. In order to strengthen the Market Support Group (MSG) in our global operational headquarters in Greifensee, Zurich we are looking for a committed, goal-oriented and experienced Team Lead Service Analytical Chemistry 100% (all genders).
The Team Lead Service AnaChem is responsible to develop and drive the Service business strategy of AnaChem together with the Head MSG & Service. He/She leads the AnaChem Ser-vice team and is responsible to ensure the development and maintenance of the AnaChem Ser-vice offering.
In this role, your responsibilities would include: You lead the AnaChem Service Team, consisting of one Service Product Manager and three Service Specialists You analyze the AnaChem Service business and contribute to the development of the AnaChem Service strategyYou develop the overarching Service concept, ensuring harmonization of the service offering across AnaChem products and alignment within the Laboratory DivisionYou ensure the timely development of service offerings within projects according to the AnaChem Service conceptYou align the AnaChem Service development roadmap with all relevant internal and external stakeholdersYou are the main point of contact for METTLER TOLEDO local Service organizations and the Laboratory Division ServiceYou develop the Service training offerings to ensure rapid onboarding of new Service techni-ciansWhat You Need to SucceedFollowing requirements are necessary for this role: You hold a Degree (Uni/FH) in Natural Science, Electronics, Engineering or related fieldsYou have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in similar industries, with team leadership experience strongly preferredYour experience in Service is an advantage for this roleYou have a strategic and analytical thinking, good coordination skills and capability to work across different teams and units, within a global matrix organization You are fluent in English, proficiency in German is highly desirableYou are self-driven, proactive and have an independent working styleAs an empathic and self-confident person, you have excellent communication, listening and moderation skillsOur Offer to YouWe offer:Flexible working hours (depending on the role), a hybrid work model, and a wide portfolio of training opportunitiesA 40-hour work week with at least 25 vacation days per year, plus 4 to 7 additional days off between bank holidaysFree parking and direct access to public transportHealthy lunches cooked onsite at our own METTLER TOLEDO restaurant, with special prices for employees A range of additional attractive benefits, including employee discounts at select area businessesYou can expect challenging, interesting, and varied tasks in an innovative and international environment, with the opportunity to network globally and achieve your career goals.
