Job Description:

Responsible for end-to-end software development for a cross functional team in BangaloreAct as a reporting manger for a cross functional teamAct as a project delivery leadPlay the role of scrum masterWork closely with product and engineering stakeholders to manage all the phases of SDLC.Create environment that builds Employee Engagement and fosters Employee Growth and DevelopmentSet individual and team goals in Alignment with Organizational goal and monitor progress through regular performance feedback sessions with their OrganizationsEnsures engineering solutions meet requirements for cost, time, and quality.Acts as escalation point to resolve issues within the team and to help coordinate resolution of issues with external partiesWorks with the organization to provide the tools and resources to enable team members to be successful in executionDrives collaboration across individuals, teams, and groups.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Experience in playing the role of manager for a team – Setting up Goals, Performance Assessment, Providing Feedback, Hiring and Growing the teamExperience working in C#, API, JavaScript and web development.Project management experience and complete knowledge of SDLC Lifecyle.Experience in Scrum and demonstrated Scrum master role.Development Experience with web and API driven application development (Microsoft technologies)Effective written, verbal and presentations skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts.Ability to clearly articulate business goals and strategies, facilitate teams in solving problems and making decisions, and effective engagement with peer organizations.A role model in effective Communication, Collaboration, Networking, Candor, Emotional Resilience, Negotiation, working within a team environment and cross functionallyAbility to relate to others, demonstrated resourcefulness and flexibility, active participation in decision making process, ability to assess risk and act with a sense of urgency.Self-directed and able to direct others.

 

Required Education and/or Experience:

BE/BTech/M Tech/MCA/MSc /BCA / BSc - CS9 to 11 Years of experience
