ProLogistix is currently seeking 1st Shift Team Leads for a integrated container logistics company in the Ridgeville area.  These are career opportunities, that are part of a Global Supply Chain company supporting inventory management, fulfillment and delivery services.  

Pay:  $22.00- $25.00 /hr. (Unlimited referral bonuses!)

1st Shift:  6:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday through Friday (flexibility to start early, stay late, or help on weekends is needed)

Environment: Extremely Cold

Job Duties as a Team Lead for ProLogistix:

Assist Warehouse Management to direct associates based on productivity needs Microsoft Office skills needed to assist with record-keeping and reporting If certified, may operate High Reach/Turret or Order Picker forklifts to move product on and off trucks and around warehouse. Load into racking as needed. Assist with unloading containers by hand, repalletizing products, and loading into warehouse racks or trucks. Could be unloading by hand as much as 50% of the time. Willing to work in any area of the warehouse to keep production moving…must be flexible! Work in a fast-paced team environment Accurate recordkeeping and inventory documentation

Lifting requirement is 50 pounds Must have experience as a team lead or supervisor in a warehouse or production setting Prefer experience on standup High Reach forklift (order picker/Turret a plus) Will be working in a warehouse environment - hot/cold/humid Stand for 8-10 hrs. /day May stay late or work on weekends to complete product shipments for the day Ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet production demand Willing and capable of giving feedback, stepping in resolve issues between associates on the floor
