As a Team Lead for Surfactants you will build a high-performing team to drive growth of BASF's surfactants portfolio in the oilfield industry. This role includes managing a New Business Development Manager (NBDM) to identify market needs and provide chemical solutions as well as overseeing technical personnel developing formulations, conducting application testing, and guiding implementation for customers. Additionally, the role will collaborate with product management and account managers to address customer needs and promote products.
