Team Lead - VQC - INTL - India
Job Description Support development of materials, job aids and curriculum to direct staff in procedures and operations. Update training database to help resolve common issues. Evaluate interactions between consultants and customers to assess personnel performance and client satisfaction. Communicate directly with QA team to resolve user-reported problems and questions. Maintain accurate record-keeping with proactive attention to client information updates. Deliver superior client services, fostering strong rapport. Coach, mentor and motivate QC Technicians to improve the quality control process. Pursue continuous learning opportunities regarding compliance and procedural changes. Collaborate with leadership to devise strategies to improve processes and risk controls. Implement new systems and best practice guidelines. Maintain open, transparent, and constant professional communication with stakeholders to address any requests or updates. Evaluate upcoming program plans to forecast expected resource needs. Skills and Requirements Minimum of 1-3 years of team leadership or related professional experience. Demonstrated heightened attention to detail. Strong oral and written communication skills. Experience presenting to customer stakeholders and/or senior management. Demonstrated track record of driving and meeting deliverables. Experience tracking process or continuous improvement items. Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Build cohesion within the team and motivate team to produce.
