We are currently seeking a new Team Leader, Civil Engineer to join their dynamic and thriving team.
Main responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the engineering team, composed of project managers, engineers, technicians, and drafters, to successfully carry out multiple projects. Actively participate in the development and management of bid submissions for both public and private tender calls. Leverage expertise and experience to guide both the team and clients throughout the execution of mandates. Work closely with clients to define their engineering needs and ensure their satisfaction. Oversee and ensure the production of key technical deliverables by the team. Validate the compliance of engineering documents issued by the team with specifications, standards, and applicable codes. Monitor the financial performance of the engineering team and manage associated risks in close collaboration with management.Skills and qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering Training in administration or MBA considered an asset Member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (Quebec Order of Engineers) 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in team management in an engineering consulting environment. Demonstrated skills in team management Experience in structural engineering considered an asset Good proficiency in both French and English, both oral and written Apply
