Apply today to join a great team and receive a robust Totals Reward package!! **Responsibilities:** + Act in supervisory capacity by temporarily taking on the responsibilities of the shift supervisor in their absence, ensuring continuity of operations. + Report any problems or suggestions for improvement to the shift supervisor to enhance team efficiency. + Maintain open communication with unit staff and other departments to identify specific needs for task completion. + Ensure all team members have clearly defined tasks and are working effectively in their assigned areas. + Monitor inventory levels to guarantee that all necessary supplies and equipment are available for team members, reporting shortages to the shift supervisor. + Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all work areas are properly cleaned, maintained, and in good repair. + Follow all safety and sanitation regulations meticulously, promptly reporting any issues to the shift supervisor. + Ensure compliance with all Hospital and Department policies and procedures to maintain operational standards and promote a safe working environment.
