Key responsibilities (title) What you'll be doing day to day Key responsibilities (text) Managing, directing and coordinating the day-to-day merchandising operations of the IKEA Restaurant, Bistro, and Swedish Food Market.
• Ensuring IKEA Food Operating and Brand Standards are consistently met to support brand consistency.
• Managing and training the IKEA Food Sales and Cashier/Dining co-workers to meet guests with a positive sales and service experience.
• Providing an attractive and inviting atmosphere in all commercial food areas including the co-worker restaurant.
• Contributing to and supporting the marketing and integration of Swedish celebrations and IKEA Food focus areas into the retail store’s commercial calendar.
• Implementing actions based on customer input and feedback.
• Planning and implementing product changes, ensuring that all coworkers experience new products so they can communicate benefits, ingredients and allergens to customers.

The pay range for this role is $23.15 to $33.01
