The Expertise We’re Looking For

Previous management experience in financial servicesSales management and/or financial planning experience preferredSeries 7 and 66 or 63/65 are required, 9/10 licenses preferred or able to obtain upon hire

The Purpose of Your Role

The Team Leader is a key member of the Regional Center Planning and Advice group providing leadership to a team of licensed associates. Their primary responsibility is to lead, coach, and develop the team to drive exceptional customer experiences and build lifetime relationships with our customers through financial planning and investment guidance.

COVID work policy

Safety is our top priority, so this role will be fully remote for the short term.  Once we can be together in person with fewer safety measures, this role will move to our dynamic working approach. You'll be spending some of your time onsite depending on the nature and needs of your role.

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs. Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).
