**40208BR** **Requisition ID:** 40208BR **Business Unit:** DAS **Job Description:** CDM Smith is seeking an experienced Team Leader/ Program Manager for a US Government-funded assignment in Nepal. This role will be responsible for overall strategic direction and supervision of the CDM Smith program management team to ensure the effective and efficient coordination and management of inputs as well as monitoring the progress of the project toward achievement of program outcomes. Specifically, the Team Leader/Program Manager will: - Serve as the one point-of contact to the client; - Manage contract work plan - Serves as a senior advisor on project delivery to the client - Integrate project management tools (schedule, risk reports, change management) into deliverables for client decision-making. - Advise the client on work progress, particularly related to the infrastructure construction projects This position will be based full-time in Kathmandu.
